FACILITY FEES : All facility fees are determined by the day, size, and nature of your event. Please contact Fairhill Farm for a specialized quote.
COTTAGE RENTALS : If the event is at Fairhill Farm, there is a requirement to rent both vacation cottages on Fairhill Farm. If the event is at High Fields Farm, there is a requirement to rent the High Fields Farm vacation rental.
SITE REQUIREMENTS : A tent rental and portable restroom rental are required. The tent size and number of portable restrooms depends on the size of the event.
CONFIRMATION : Fairhill Farm will provide, at your request, a 7 day complimentary “soft hold” on a date of your choice after visiting the property. At the end of the 7 day period, or if, within that week, another individual is interested in confirming that same date, you will be notified. Upon notification, you will have 24 hours to either confirm or release the held date.
PAYMENT : Within 7 days of confirmation, the facility contract and confirmation deposit will be due. This confirmation deposit of 50% secures the date, will be applied to the total facility rental and is non-refundable. The rental balance of 50% plus taxes is due within 45 days in advance of the event.
SECURITY DEPOSIT : A security deposit of 25% of the facility fee is due at second payment (45 days in advance of the event) to cover potential property damages and any out of the ordinary cleaning costs. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days of the conclusion of the event.
EVENT HOURS : Curfew for all events is midnight, and events may be no longer than 8 hours (from the ceremony start until the last dance). Music must cease by this time and the majority of your guests must be on the way out. Vendor load-out must be completed by 1:00AM including all trash and dishware removal. Additional set-up and clean-up times may be arranged prior to the event under mutually agreeable circumstances.
VENDORS : Fairhill Farm is not exclusive to any local vendors, but clients are required to have an approved caterer during their event. See the “Preferred Vendors” page for a list of approved vendors in the area. If a client is interested in using a vendor not listed, Fairhill Farm will consider approval on a case-by-case basis after reviewing their credentials.
VENDOR ADVANCE : Within one week of the confirmed event, clients will be required to submit a “vendor advance”, which should outline the schedule (day and time) of vendor deliveries and load-in times.
